  • Hot Tools (add $10 per service)

  • $15 Product charge each additional visit

$39.99 per month “Men’s” Membership -  A $39.99 one time enrollment fee, subject to change for the THE  Mona Lisa club“Men’s” Membership services. This agreement entitles client to receive

1 weekly Men’s haircuts and beard trims.

  • Includes 1 Women’s Haircut, Wash & Deep Conditioning treatment per month

Platinum Beauty Membership

$125/month (12 month commitment) | $150/month (6 month commitment)

  • 1 Haircut or Color Retouch

  • 1 30 minute Facial

  • 1 Blowout, Spray Tan

  • 1 Eyebrow Wax, Lip Wax

*Note: Cannot be combined with any other offers.

  • The length of the monthly membership contract shall be for 12 months from date of sign up.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Members are required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify Mona Lisa Eco Spa'Lon in writing of any change in credit card or account information on file prior to the next electronic funds transfer (EFT) date. Payment Authorization Forms are available at the front desk from an associate. Members are also required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify Mona Lisa Eco Spa'Lon in writing of any change of address.

  2. Members have the entire length of each month to use their services. Unused services expire at the end of each month; they do not roll over.

  3. Services may be upgraded to another service of a higher value. If service is upgraded, Member agrees to pay the difference in value of the higher priced service and the service they are upgrading.

  4. Mona Lisa Club memberships are non-transferable.

  5. Membership offerings are auto-renewable. At the end of the initial term of membership, your monthly dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless you have elected otherwise on the Membership agreement.

  6. Mona Lisa Eco Spa'Lon reserves the right to change salon rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice.

  7. You agree to follow salon rules and regulations. Mona Lisa Eco Spa'Lon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.

  8. Members get 10% off all additional salon services (does not apply to upgrades), as well as salon or boutique products.

  9. Early cancellation fee will apply if contract is broken prior to expiration; see specific membership contract for details.

  10. After your first two visits there will be an additional $15 service charge per visit
